RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Two Chicks and a Laser's Return and Refund Policy

At Two Chicks and a Laser, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free return and refund process.

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please email info@twochicksandalaser.com  to request a return authorization (RA) number. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

1.3 Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

2. Refunds:

2.1 Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within one week. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.2 Partial Refunds:

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exchanges:

  • You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
